Often teens and young adults with disabilities have many questions about the future when they leave school... 

Questions like:  “Where can I get my first real job?” or “How do I get my own place?” 

If you have a disability, finding the supports and services you need to answer these questions may seem difficult.

The Youth Empowerment Resource Center is a project of Inclusion Research Institute that is designed to help District of Columbia teens and young adults ages thirteen to thirty (13 – 30) answer some of these questions and find supports to assist them to become contributing members of the community.
